2021年我地系疫情期間選擇創業，轉眼間已經超過三年，儘管全球經濟不停變化同近年香港消費模式有所轉變。我地仍然堅持系十分艱難既環境下為大家搜羅世界各地嘅優質產品，同製出香港手作。
今年，非常榮幸獲得健康教育基金會頒發嘅“醫護人員至愛健康品牌50強大獎”。呢個獎唔單止系對Natural.er付出既肯定，亦都系激勵我地繼續堅持既動力。
最後，衷心多謝同感激所有合作方既支持，每一位本地和海外客人既信任，我地會保持初心，繼續用優質產品同服務回饋大家。
In 2021, during the pandemic, we chose to start our business. In the blink of an eye, more than three years have passed. Despite the constant changes in the global economy and the shifts in consumer habits in Hong Kong in recent years, we have remained committed to sourcing high-quality products from around the world and producing locally handmade goods in Hong Kong, even under extremely challenging conditions.
This year we are very honored to receive the ”Top 50 Most Loved Health Brands by Healthcare Professionals“ award from the Primary Care Education Foundation. This award not only recognizes the efforts of Natural.er but also serves as a motivation for us to continue persevering.
I sincerely thank and appreciate the support of all our business partners, the trust of each local and overseas customer, and everyone who has helped or taught me along the way. I will stay true to our brand‘s core values and continue to give back with quality products and services.
